What You’ll Be Doing :

  1. Manage HSE software to ensure the continual improvement of HSE technology programs, meeting the requirements of our field-related activities. Update HSE databases by identifying improvements and collaborating with software developers to modify programs as needed. Update input forms and output reports from various systems.
  2. Maintain HSE data integrity by ensuring employee roles and statuses are accurately recorded. Manage employee training assignments and compliance information. Oversee Contractor Management data. Generate monthly and quarterly HSE reports using a combination of HSE programs and Microsoft Excel.
  3. Understand, analyze, and report on HSE trends from collected data. Assist in onboarding and orientation processes. Collect and analyze environmental reporting data; previous greenhouse gas emission reporting experience is an asset. Ensure performance metrics align with HSE strategies and objectives. Collaborate with HSE Managers to understand their data needs related to training, orientation, audits, inspections, observations, asset data, and report outputs. Manage HSE performance of the corporate office team and provide guidance to field teams and HSE professionals.

Who We’re Looking For :

  • Related post-secondary education is required, such as a Health, Safety and Environment Certificate or Diploma; CRSP certification or similar is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ progressive experience in a health & safety role.
  • Proficient in computer use and data management.
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • High attention to detail, especially regarding statistical data and accurate report generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
