Work Arrangements: Due to the nature of the work and operational requirements, this position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement (combination of working onsite and telework). Employees in this position who telework will be required to travel to the identified work site at least three times per week or a minimum of 60% of their regular work schedule at their own expense.

The Role
We are looking for a HSE, Policy and Reporting Advisor to support our Health, Safety and Environment Branch. The Policy and Reporting Advisor would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.
As the HSE Policy and Reporting Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact and have overall responsibility for the management of policy development projects within the group, assist in reviewing and editing policies in development, liaise with national committees and rely on strong organizational skills to ensure timely reporting to regulators on annual reports.
To be successful in this role, you will be process-oriented and methodical and will need to have an innate ability to work in collaboration with others. Knowledge of HSEs policy development process, NCOSH and ESC meeting and document review processes are a must. You will be a dynamic and positive individual who is focused on providing and processing information accurately in a clear and understandable format to move activities forward efficiently and smoothly for all involved stakeholders.
