Description

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team in Canada, Germany, and Hongkong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and monitoring safety policies and procedures. The HSE Officer will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports on health and safety performance and recommend improvements.
• Monitor and analyze health and safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders regarding health and safety matters.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of local and national health and safety regulations in India.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct training and workshops effectively.
• Proficient in using safety management software and tools.
• Certification in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred.
