Job summary

Surerus Pipeline Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst – HSE Digital Solutions in Calgary to optimize HSE digital systems, lead Origami Risk development, and support Power BI reporting, SharePoint, and automation. You will translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions, improving efficiency, reporting, and compliance.

The role collaborates with HSE, IT, and vendors, enabling data-driven decisions while advancing the company’s digital transformation and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Five (5) or more years supporting enterprise business systems.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and reports, SharePoint, and workflow automation.
• Experience with Origami Risk or similar enterprise HSE platforms is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize the Origami Risk platform.
• Develop and maintain electronic forms, workflows, and business rules.
• Manage system permissions, security roles, and user administration.
• Coordinate testing, upgrades, and software releases.
• Gather business requirements and map current/future processes.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting in Power BI.
• Build SharePoint sites and Power Apps/Power Automate solutions.
• Engage stakeholders and provide user training and change management.
