Job Title: HSE Coordinator

Job Location: 12 Arentzen Blvd, Charleroi, PA 15022

Duties:

  • Support Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) improvement and compliance including field and workshop inspections, HSE audits, and participation in improvement projects at the Service Supercenter.
  • Support the company’s HSE global initiatives as well as local site management.
  • Perform field and workshop HSE inspections for compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Provide intervention when at-risk activities are observed.
  • Train, monitor, and coach team members to ensure adherence to HSE principles, policies, and standards.
  • Support incident and near-miss investigations, problem resolution, and provide feedback.
  • Assist with Worker’s Compensation cases.
  • Support Safety Committees and all HSE recordkeeping and administrative activities.
  • Assist in environmental compliance and projects.
  • Support federal and state mandated employee safety and health monitoring programs.
  • Attend customer HSE trainings and meetings.
  • Report findings and project status to site management.
  • Travel domestically up to 35% of the time.
You are meant for this job if:

Requirements: Employer will accept 5 years of experience in the job offered or in an HSE Coordinator-related occupation.

Position requires experience in:

  • Equipment operations in high-pressure environments (> 20,000 PSI), installation of seals, and inspection of sealing surfaces.
  • Risk management tools to identify and mitigate hazards, using the eHRA system.
  • Developing safety statistics such as leading and lagging indicators from Intelex and Power BI.
  • Case management and reporting with governing bodies using Intelex, Worker’s Compensation, and XtremeMD.
  • Safety program development and execution.
  • Identifying hazards and implementing safety measures, logging inspections in Intelex.
  • Experience with high-pressure hydraulic systems.
