Pagnotta Inc. is seeking a hands-on Safety Lead to ensure adherence to safety policies across project sites in Western Canada.
You’ll conduct site inspections, deliver training, and work closely with superintendents and field workers to build and maintain a strong culture of safety. This is a hands-on role with 50% field work outdoors and 50% administrative tasks such as on-site documentation, reporting, and safety planning.

Primary Project Location:
Cold Lake, AB (project site location will be confirmed upon hire)
You will proactively ensure that company safety policies and procedures are followed and that all work meets or exceedsapplicable regulatory requirements. You’ll conduct site inspections, deliver training, and work closely with superintendents and field workers to build and maintain a strong culture of safety.
This is a hands‑on role:
50% field work – outdoors in varying weather, walking on uneven terrain, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
50% administrative work – on‑site documentation, reporting, and safety planning.
