Pagnotta Inc. is seeking a hands‑on Safety Specialist to ensure adherence to safety policies and WorkSafeBC requirements across Kamloops project sites. You will conduct inspections, lead toolbox talks, and partner with superintendents to build a strong safety culture.
This role is 50% field work outdoors in varying conditions and 50% on‑site documentation and planning, including incident investigations, corrective actions, and training to protect workers and maintain regulatory compliance.

Kamloops, BC (project site location will be confirmed upon hire)
You will proactively ensure that company safety policies and procedures are followed and that all work meets or exceeds WorkSafeBC and other applicable regulatory requirements. You’ll conduct site inspections, deliver training, and work closely with superintendents and field workers to build and maintain a strong culture of safety.
50% field work – outdoors in varying weather, walking on uneven terrain, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs
50% administrative work – on‑site documentation, reporting, and safety planning
