A leading infrastructure solutions company in Canada is seeking a HSE Manager to implement health and safety standards and guide operational safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety and relevant certifications, along with proven leadership experience. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance programs, engaging with the workforce to promote safe behaviors, and managing safety audits. The role requires occasional travel across Alberta and BC.

Reporting to the Director, HSE, the HSE Manager is responsible for implementing health and safety standards and programs. The role provides leadership and guidance to Operations in executing the safety program in the field, coaching and mentoring field HSE Specialists as needed.
