Lifting Solutions in Bonnyville, Canada, is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to strengthen health, safety and environmental performance across Canadian operations. You will implement, coach, and monitor safety programs, support day-to-day field operations, and drive incident investigations and training initiatives.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will guide administrators, manage WCB accounts in Alberta and Saskatchewan, and collaborate with operations to meet regulatory and company safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HSE Advisor with safety management systems and development knowledge.
• CRSP, CSP or NCSO/HSA designation preferred.
• Proven track record of positive collaboration with operations management.

Responsibilities

• Update the Safety Management System and monitor legislation & client requirements.
• Develop and document safe work procedures with sufficient detail.
• Produce Safety Alerts and corporate HSE communications and measure results.
