Ledcor is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to oversee safety management and compliance at various project sites in British Columbia. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively implement safety programs and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the field, a relevant safety certification, and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams. Ledcor offers a competitive salary, starting from $71,200 to $97,900.
We are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor who consistently conveys professional judgment and builds effective relationships across all levels. The role plays a key part in the execution and implementation of a diverse range of health and safety programmes and offers the chance to work on challenging projects with diverse, collaborative teams to meet and exceed Ledcor’s safety standards.
This position is site‑based and the specific rotation schedule and project location will be determined based on project requirements.
$71,200.00 – $97,900.00
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
