St.Amant, a leading not-for-profit organization in Manitoba, is seeking an HRMIS Lead to oversee the Human Resource Management Information System's strategic planning and implementation. The HRMIS Lead is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS). This role ensures the HRMIS supports effective HR operations, data integrity, reporting, and analytics to drive informed decision-making. The Manager works with an HR Analyst and works closely with HR, IT, payroll, and other departments to optimize HR systems and processes.
