Lenovo is seeking a HRIS Specialist to join our Global HRIS team:

This is a hybrid position. Three days on-site at our Raleigh office, two days remote.

Job Description

1. Ideate, develop, and maintain custom Workday extend applications.
2. Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points.
3. Design generative AI solutions for HR-related business processes, including technology selection, architecture design, and data workflows.
4. Serve as a Workday Extend expert with deep knowledge of design concepts.
5. Investigate and resolve technical issues related to existing Workday extend applications.
6. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all Workday extend solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience in technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in Workday development, with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in Workday Extend.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing custom solutions for Workday in HR areas.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday Extend development tools, including Orchestrations, Workday Studio, BIRT, APIs, and Web services.
• Familiarity with Workday’s architecture, data model, and security framework.
• Experience with AI software is preferred.
