Job description

Join our team as an HRIS Operations Manager! In this role, you’ll lead initiatives to enhance system data quality and accessibility, maximize the strategic value of the HRIS across the organization, and empower internal HR users to effectively leverage the system.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Leading large-scale data integration projects and changes
  • Ensuring system adherence to data retention, access, and security policies
  • Serving as the HRIS representative in HR activities, including merit and employee survey administration
  • Developing training plans for our People Center, HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits teams as a subject matter expert
  • Evaluating, selecting, and implementing future HCM platforms, ensuring business readiness and scalability
  • Championing change management and user adoption by partnering with HR and business stakeholders
  • Contributing to the HR technology roadmap by identifying needs and evaluating tools
  • Managing vendor relationships and ensuring service-level expectations
  • Overseeing HRIS service delivery and managing escalated tickets
  • Supporting regulatory and compliance reporting across jurisdictions
  • Developing SOPs and process maps for HRIS practices
  • Leading and mentoring the HRIS operations team

As the Successful Candidate You Have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR systems management experience
  • 2+ years in HRIS management or leadership role
  • Proven experience in HRIS data management, reporting, and analysis
  • Experience with HR systems integration and platform connectivity
  • Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools
  • Strong understanding of security, privacy, and compliance standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Project management experience in HRIS initiatives
  • Leadership and coaching abilities
  • Payroll certification and bilingual English/French are assets
