We are currently seeking candidates located within 60 miles of any of the listed hubs to foster more in-person connections while maintaining our flexible remote culture.

About This Position

As theContractor, HRIS & Data Analytics, you will be responsible for providing support and coverage with varioustasks relatedto data management and HRIS improvement. This position will be reporting to HR Operations Lead, and isestimated to be a3-4 month assignmentfor the right candidate

Responsibilities and Duties

• Data Management: Accurately entering and updating employee information, such as personal details, job titles, salaries, and benefits, in the HRIS system.
• Reporting and Analysis:Provide support generating reports and analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
• System Maintenance:Assist in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of HRIS software. Collaborating with IT and HR teams to optimize system functionality.
• Employee Support:Respond to employee inquiries regarding HRIS-related matters, such as accessing self-service portals, updating personal information, and understanding HR policies and procedures.
• Training and Documentation:Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for HR staff and end-users to ensure proper utilization of the HRIS system. Creating and updating user manuals and documentation.
• Compliance: Ensuring processes and practices comply with relevant legal requirements, such as data privacy and security regulations. Provide support for payroll compliance.
• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for streamlining HRIS processes, enhancing data accuracy, and improving overall efficiency.
• Collaboration: Working closely with HR team members, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in HR processes and system usage.
• Strong technical skills and experience with Ceridian Dayforce, including administration and reporting.
• Proficient in data management, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with HR stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently (with minimal supervision) and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration:

• $40 - $45 USD per hour
• This position does not include any benefits
