We are currently hiring an HRIS Analyst based in our Head Office in Burnaby .

As an HRIS Analyst , you’ll play a key role in optimizing BCAA’s Workday platform to driveefficient, accurate, and insight-driven people processes. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization to design solutions, streamline workflows, and enhance system functionality. This role combines technical expertisewith strategic insight, ensuring Workday continues to evolvewith BCAA’s business needs and priorities.

What you’ll do :
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules including HCM, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to assess needs, gather requirements, and recommend solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support Workday module implementations and system updates through testing, documentation, and communication.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for system and workflow improvements.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and support to ensure effective use of Workday functionality.
  • Monitor system updates, releases, and best practices to ensure BCAA maximizes the value of its HR technology ecosystem.
What you bring :
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience working with and configuring Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and related modules.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills and strong documentation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on continuous improvement and confidentiality.
