Our client with a collaborative team is looking for ahighly analytical and tech-savvy HRIS and Payroll Systems Administratorto play a key role in a large-scale ERP implementation. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of a major transformation—managing data migration, ensuring flawless accuracy, and collaborating with 26 site administrators. You’ll work in multiple platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Canam, DocuSign, and more) before transitioning everything into one streamlined ERP system. For the right person, this position could evolve into a permanent opportunity within the HR or payroll department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

  • Perform accurate and high-volume data entry across multiple systems (payroll, HR documents, drug screening, benefits, etc.).
  • Migrate data from multiple platforms into a new ERP (CMiC) with precision and attention to detail.
  • Work in Microsoft Dynamics, Canam (drug screening), and DocuSign (new hire packages), ensuring accurate data capture and transfer.
  • Collaborate with 26 site administrators to gather, verify, and enter information.
  • Assist with payroll entry and system updates as needed.

Education:

  • Post-secondary education in HR or Payroll is a strong asset.

Experience:

  • Previous HR or Payroll administrative support experience required (data entry and team support).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Skills:

Base Salary:$25+ per hour

  • Salary depending on experience.

Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday.

  • This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
