The HR Systems and Process Specialist role is a key position within the HR Enablement team in Canada, reporting to the Senior HR Systems Specialist. This role supports HR operations, manages data accuracy, ensures system functionality, reporting, compliance, and time-off management. It also focuses on improving talent operational processes and works closely with stakeholders across the firm, including recruitment, payroll, and IT, as well as liaising with EY’s third-party provider, IBM. The position is open to any office location in Canada.
