The opportunity

The HR Systems and Process Specialist role is a key position within the HR Enablement team in Canada, reporting to the Senior HR Systems Specialist. This role supports HR operations, manages data accuracy, ensures system functionality, reporting, compliance, and time-off management. It also focuses on improving talent operational processes and works closely with stakeholders across the firm, including recruitment, payroll, and IT, as well as liaising with EY’s third-party provider, IBM. The position is open to any office location in Canada.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. HR Data Management: Manage HR data within SuccessFactors, support data integrity, and coordinate with other systems.
2. Project Implementation: Assist with system configuration, testing, and creating instructional materials; support various projects and initiatives.
3. Process Documentation: Document process changes, attend meetings, and recommend process improvements.
4. Day-to-Day Talent Operations: Support daily HR operations, system testing, and produce reports as needed.
5. Skills and Attributes: Knowledge of HR policies, strong organizational skills, attention to data integrity, and proficiency in MS Office; bilingualism is an asset.
6. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1-2 years HR systems experience, familiarity with SuccessFactors is advantageous.
