The HR Systems and Process Specialist role is a key position within the HR Enablement team in Canada, reporting to the Senior HR Systems Specialist. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, manages data accuracy, system functionality, reporting, compliance, and time-off management. It also involves improving talent operational effectiveness by formalizing and enhancing end-to-end processes. The role collaborates with various stakeholders across the firm, including recruitment, talent consultants, payroll, total rewards, partnership operations, IT, and liaises with EY’s third-party Talent Managed Service provider (IBM). The scope varies and requires HR technology knowledge, experience, and skills. The role is open to all office locations in Canada.

The salary range in British Columbia is $56,400 to $84,600, with individual salaries determined by various factors including education, experience, and location.
