We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HRIS Systems Analyst to join our team and help drive the next phase of our Workday and Kronos expansion.

In this role, you’ll partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, efficient, and user-friendly HR technology solutions. If you love HR Systems, digging into data, asking the right questions, and challenging the status quo, this could be the opportunity for you.

What Wonderbrands Offers:

  • Home Grown Talent and accelerated career growth
  • Competitive Compensation, Health, and Dental Benefits
  • Pension plan with matching contributions
  • Bonuses
  • Discount program covering restaurants, gyms, shopping, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR and business partners to gather, build, and test requirements for enhancements across multiple Workday modules, including Core HCM, Absence/Time Off, Benefits, and Compensation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday and HRIS-related issues in partnership with internal teams (HR, Payroll, IT, managers), ensuring high responsiveness and service quality.
  • Participate in Workday release cycles by testing and implementing new features and enhancements.
  • Conduct regular data audits and validations to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create meaningful reports and dashboards in Workday and utilize advanced Excel functions to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and job aids to promote system adoption and compliance.
  • Support cyclical HR processes such as merit increases, wage progressions, and the annual Short-Term Incentive Program (STIP).
  • Assist in managing and supporting additional HR systems projects, including UKG Kronos initiatives.
  • Deliver training sessions for end users on HR systems and processes to ensure effective utilization.

Requirements

We’re seeking a motivated team player with a strong blend of analytical thinking, technical skills, and a desire to improve continuously. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Workday, preferably in Core HCM; experience with Benefits, Absence/Time Off, or Compensation modules is a strong asset.
  • A natural curiosity and willingness to expand knowledge of Workday and Kronos.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and data visualization.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, employment legislation (ESA), and collective agreement administration.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, report writing, and supporting unionized workforces is an asset.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions efficiently.
