Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran (TSX:ELD) is seeking a HR Superintendent to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 4-3 (Monday to Thursday) rotation.

Reporting to the HR & Payroll Manager, the HR Superintendent leads the delivery of HR services at the McIlvenna Bay Operation, providing strategic and operational leadership to the HR Business Partner team and is accountable for delivering consistent, effective, and compliant Human Resources programs and services that support operational success.
Working in close partnership with operational leadership and regional HR, this role leads the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives at the site level while providing expert guidance on employee and labour relations, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, organizational change, and employee engagement. The role is responsible for fostering a safe, respectful, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and organizational values.
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $155,000/year based on experience and qualifications. Annual discretionary short term incentive award at a percentage of base salary, rewarding exceptional contributions to team and company success.
