About the job:

Support the company in identifying excellent talent and promoting development, institutionalize talent emergence, and help the value of excellent talent to be brought into full play.

Be able to design, develop, and deliver low-difficult learning solutions, identify business pain points and capability improvement requirements, sort out content, develop online and offline learning materials, organize delivery, and guide learning.

Independently analyze data, carry out enablement delivery planning, course development management, training implementation management, and technical climate building, identify and improve issues, and improve organizational capabilities.

Based on talent management policies, focus on the direction, and business needs of the region, conduct internal and external topic insights to improve the policy execution effect or provide input for policy optimization.

The target annual compensation (based on 2080 hours per year) ranges from $48,000 to $94,000 depending on education, experience and demonstrated expertise.

About the ideal candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of HR experience, with a focus on talent mapping and HR operations.

Exposure to collective agreement interpretation and support of HR case documentation is an asset.

Effective communication and collaboration contribute to the achievement of departmental goals.
