About the job:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee development programs, including training sessions, career pathing, and leadership development efforts.

  • Support the execution of talent assessments and contribute to succession planning initiatives by maintaining accurate talent data and reports.

  • Maintain and analyze talent metrics and dashboards to support decision-making and provide insights to HR leadership.


About the ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, learning and development, or performance management.

  • Familiarity with talent management systems.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); analytical mindset and attention to detail.
