Summary:
The HR Service Delivery Advisor I serves as the first point of contact for Human Resources information for current and former teammates and managers with questions or issues related to benefits or other HR transactions. The advisor is responsible for processing routine employee HR transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
This is a hybrid, full-time position.
Education Requirements: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Licensure/Certification Requirements: None required.
Professional Experience Requirements: No experience required if holding an Associate's or Bachelor's degree; otherwise, four years of relevant customer service experience with a high school diploma or GED.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to multi-task, meet performance metrics, communicate effectively, organize work, show initiative, adapt to technology, and pay attention to detail.
