• Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• This position requires flexibility to cover different shifts and schedules as needed.

• Implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Managing employee relations and engagement
• Acting as an advocate and counselor to associates
• Supporting site climate and culture initiatives
• Conducting internal investigations as needed
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and laws
• Administering audits for HR compliance
• Training management on interviewing, hiring, termination, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and harassment prevention
• Providing feedback and coaching to managers, actively listening and asking clarifying questions
• Assisting with staffing, succession planning, and associate programs
• Understanding compensation, benefits, and employee communication systems
• Managing activities related to the annual EOS process
• Administering performance management processes
• Entering and maintaining data in HRMS systems

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or minimum of 5 years HR experience
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• 0-3 years of HR experience across major functional areas
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Deep understanding of labor law and HR best practices
