Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Recruiting & Interviewing
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels
- Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Assist in developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies
- Use data and tools to refine candidate search and improve hiring outcomes
- Onboarding
- Manage onboarding processes from offer letter to first-day logistics
- Ensure new hires are equipped with the tools, resources, and information needed to succeed
- Coordinate with IT, payroll, and department heads to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- HR Pipeline Management
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Monitor the progress of candidates and new hires through the HR pipeline
- Collaborate with HR leadership to identify and implement process improvements
- Employee Support
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions and support
- Assist with training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with Team Tailor, ClickUp,Deel, and HR analytics tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
