Job description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting & Interviewing
    • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels
    • Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
    • Assist in developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies
    • Use data and tools to refine candidate search and improve hiring outcomes
  • Onboarding
    • Manage onboarding processes from offer letter to first-day logistics
    • Ensure new hires are equipped with the tools, resources, and information needed to succeed
    • Coordinate with IT, payroll, and department heads to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • HR Pipeline Management
    • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
    • Monitor the progress of candidates and new hires through the HR pipeline
    • Collaborate with HR leadership to identify and implement process improvements
  • Employee Support
    • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions and support
    • Assist with training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Team Tailor, ClickUp,Deel, and HR analytics tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
