You will manage division-level HR projects, HR systems, rollouts, incentive programs, etc. You may lead division-wide and cross-division project teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Responsibilities

What You Can Expect On a Typical Day

  • Communicate and interpret HR policies and procedures, ensuring managers and employees are educated on them. Act as a liaison for the division and managers with shared services functions: HR Services, Staffing, and Programs.
  • Coach and consult with managers and employees on issues including performance, terminations, diversity, sexual harassment, discrimination, etc. Involved in all aspects of the corrective action process.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations, including complex and sensitive issues. Provide effective employee relations through proactive programs.
  • Create customized reports and analyze data to make recommendations on systems, compensation, and job descriptions.
  • Conduct basic training on harassment, ethics, and diversity as needed.
  • Build management capability through self-service tools and technology.
  • Assist in coordinating acquisitions and large-scale organizational restructurings and RIFs.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE : Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of generalist HR experience.
  • A college degree is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience includes military experience or other relevant backgrounds.
