Our expertise, technology, and flexible approach deliver cash flow and efficiency benefits to our clients. Growing rapidly and gaining national respect for our innovative services, we need to hire an HR Program Manager – Part Time for our expanding business.

As an HR Program Manager, you will use your proficiency in Human Resources and Recruitment as part of our Professional Services team to help our clients succeed. You will utilize your broad Human Resources experience to manage our clients' HR Best Practices, HR Strategy, and HR Administration. This will include providing expertise on some of the following projects: Performance Plans, Policies and Procedures, Employee Relations, On-boarding Programs, Employee Engagement and Surveys, Compensation and Benefits, HR Record Keeping, Terminations and Layoffs, HRIS Implementation, Training and Development, Succession Planning, and others.

You will work with ROSS clients to improve their recruitment process including reducing their time to hire, increasing the quality of their candidate pool, and reducing their costs. You will manage the recruitment process including creating dynamic job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, then liaising and negotiating with clients throughout the process including offer letters and reference checks.

You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining excellent customer relations with ROSS clients, integrating into each client team and serving as a strategic partner in terms of HR and recruitment solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of human resources and recruitment experience; corporate recruitment experience is preferred.
  2. University degree or college diploma in related field to Human Resources Administration or Business Administration/Commerce.
  3. An in-depth understanding of human resources management and its link to the business strategy.
  4. A strong professional image, ethical standards, integrity, objectivity, and confidence.
  5. Ability to effectively manage relationships and build relationships at all levels.
  6. Ability to diagnose the root cause of business problems and recommend solutions.
  7. Able to set priorities and juggle several tasks concurrently.
  8. Skilled at teaching the principles of human resources and coaching others.
  9. Outstanding communication and written skills.
  10. High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
  11. Have either a familiarity and basic understanding of technology or a conceptual understanding of technology. If you do not possess this, then you are willing to learn more about technology.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  1. CHRP (HRPAO) complete or in progress.
  2. Broad Human Resources experience.

Location:

Although we do have an office in downtown Toronto, you must have the ability to work from home on occasion. In addition, you must also have or be willing to get reliable transportation as you will be working on client sites across the GTA (could include locations not readily accessible by public transportation).
