The HR Process Excellence, Specialist (Bilingual) works closely with the Director, HR Process Excellence in driving education around the importance of process health, and in promoting adoption initiatives in our journey towards growing digitization and using data-driven insights in HR.

What You'll Do:

  1. Maintain dialogue with store and store support partners and assess process health metrics to proactively find opportunities to provide supplementary education in the appropriate format.
  2. Leverage process health data to find opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations accordingly.
  3. Partner with Learning & Development team and subject matter experts to evaluate existing learning resources through a user-centric lens.
  4. Update existing job aids where required; develop and deliver new, digestible learning resources and training curriculum to address gaps.
  5. Build agenda, secure presenters and compile PowerPoint content for weekly calls.
  6. Lead/facilitate nation-wide calls (bilingual) with large audiences, using chats and polls to drive engagement.
  7. Market training/education initiatives on internal social network to drive attendance.
  8. Assess and report on adoption, highlighting insights, suggesting opportunities and implementing improvements to boost where it is below established targets.
  9. Provide project support on strategic HR initiatives, including testing, notes consolidation and process mapping, drafting communications, etc.
  10. Identify and propose new metrics to assess adoption of processes and tools/resources.
  11. Work with collaborators to draft, vet, and distribute communications to various audiences to reinforce process and drive engagement and adoption.

What You'll Bring:

  1. 3 - 5 years of proven experience in human resources, or related function.
  2. Experience applying analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, and planning skills.
  3. Demonstrable ability to consolidate and analyze volumes of data and generate basic to intermediate level observations.
  4. Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to communicate in both French and English (bilingual).
  6. Highly proficient in the MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  7. Familiar with Microsoft Yammer, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft SharePoint.
  8. Comfort level with leading/facilitating Microsoft Teams calls for a large audience.
  9. Strong presentation skills, with experience delivering training.
  10. Proven diplomacy and social media savvy.
  11. Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize work to meet shifting and competing deadlines and priorities.
  12. Familiarity with Workday, and business processes within Workday, is an asset.
