  • Prepare monthly reports & handle referral bonus payments
  • Coordinate with internal HR teams
  • Respond to recruitment inquiries
  • Contribute to special recruitment projects

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years HR experience (recruitment, training, or admin)
  • Skilled in background checks and onboarding processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Workday (strong asset)
  • Familiarity with Hireright
