AQUATECH in Canada is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join us in Cochrane (AB). You will lead end-to-end recruitment for water and wastewater operations across AB, BC, and ON, and support core HR functions in a growing engineering and utilities company.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or HR.
• Experience sourcing for technical, skilled trades, or industrial roles is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of employment standards and HR best practices across AB, BC, ON.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization.

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for water and wastewater operators and related roles across AB, BC, ON.
• Prospect and headhunt qualified operators through job boards, social media, associations, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews and support offer negotiations; build talent pipelines.
