What You’ll Do
- Develop & Implement HR Strategy – Design and execute progressive HR policies that support our fast-scaling, globally connected workforce.
- Drive Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier professionals and design best-in-class onboarding programs that set new hires up for success.
- Foster an Outstanding Workplace Culture – Build a work environment that encourages collaboration, inclusivity, and high performance . You’ll organize team-building initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-driven events.
- Lead Performance & Talent Development – Implement structured performance management programs , support employee growth, and identify high-potential talent.
- Champion Employee Engagement & Retention – Act as the go-to person for employee relations, ensuring our workplace remains positive, people-focused, and solutions-driven .
- Ensure HR Compliance & Best Practices – Maintain compliance with employment laws and introduce progressive HR initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of HR experience with a proven track record in talent strategy, culture-building, and performance management.
- Experience in fast-growing or startup-like environments is a big plus!
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and workforce planning .
- CHRP certification is an asset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills —you're a strategic thinker and a trusted partner to executives and employees alike.
- Experience with HR technology platforms (Workforce Now from ADP preferred) .
