A leading company in the manufacturing sector seeks an HR Manager for their Toronto office to support North American operations. The role involves extensive collaboration with management, managing recruitment processes, and overseeing employee relations. Ideal candidates will have a background in Human Resources, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to HR initiatives.
Our client requires a HR Manager to join their Canadian office. They are conducting a search for an HR Manager- North America to support the employees across Canada and the US. The position holder will be exposed to a manufacturing environment and will act as business partner to the management team. The position is based in Toronto but periodic visits to a second site will be required.Reporting to the Head of Global HR, the HR Manager is a proactive individual who can build relationships with people across different levels, partner with business managers and is comfortable working on their own with limited direction. Physical attendance in the office for at least three days per week is a requirement for this position.
