This isn’t your average HR job. You’ll be the go-to expert on all things people and culture, supporting a passionate team of professionals across multiple service areas. With a strong emphasis on autonomy and impact, you’ll help shape a company that values curiosity, continuous learning, and the kind of thinking that challenges the status quo.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes—from job posting to onboarding.
  • Support people leaders with employee relations, performance management, and development planning.
  • Maintain and enhance HR policies, processes, and compliance documentation.
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics (turnover, engagement, training hours, etc.).
  • Coordinate internship and educational partnership programs with colleges, universities, and high schools.
  • Guide change management efforts as new systems and internal programs are rolled out.
  • Champion a culture of learning, openness, and belonging.
  • Support grant applications and HR-related reporting (e.g., training or innovation-based funding).
  • Contribute to strategic people planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.

The Person:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills—you build trust easily and communicate clearly across all levels.
  • A confident grasp of core HR practices (hiring, onboarding, training, compliance, engagement).
  • A passion for working with great people and helping them grow.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities while staying organized and adaptable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and a willingness to learn internal HR systems.
  • A self-starter mindset—you take initiative and run with it.
