  • Oversee the full recruitment process, from developing job descriptions to negotiating offers
  • Align with hiring managers for the onboarding process
  • Act as a point of contact for legal and employment issues across various countries
  • Coordinate various HR activities (performance reviews, succession planning, salary reviews, policy updates)
  • Provide guidance to leadership on various employee development topics
