Marketers on Demand is on the hunt for a well-versed and approachable HR Manager to join our client’s global team! Do you want to assist in developing their HR operations? Read more below; this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the full recruitment process, from developing job descriptions to negotiating offers
  2. Align with hiring managers for the onboarding process
  3. Act as a point of contact for legal and employment issues across various countries
  4. Coordinate various HR activities (performance reviews, succession planning, salary reviews, policy updates)
  5. Provide guidance to leadership on various employee development topics
  6. Assist with HR administration (benefits plans and contracts, HRIS support, reporting and audits)
  7. Work with finance to conduct payroll-related items
Key Qualifications:
  1. 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably internationally
  2. Certified human resource designations
  3. Experience with conflict resolution, change management, policy development
  4. Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts and material
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
