A leading technology firm in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & HR Initiatives, who will develop and execute talent strategies to support their Cloud Acceleration Program. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in HR strategies, project management, and the ability to analyze people data. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering effective HR programs.
Work arrangement : 4 days per week
Contract Duration : 6 months (Possibility for extension)
Schedule Hours : 7.5 hours per day
Business group : Technology Human Resources – Support transformation initiatives around cloud.
This position is for a Senior Manager, Learning & HR Initiatives, who supports, develops, and executes talent and learning strategies to support the Bank’s Cloud Acceleration Program (CAP). Reporting to the Director, HR Initiatives, this role works closely with Technology HR and Global Learning to drive program deliverables based on inputs from program leaders, the business, and the CAP transformation office. The role involves end-to-end development and delivery of people-related initiatives.
Post-secondary Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
CHRP designation is an asset
Degree, certificate, or designation in adult learning is an asset
