Work arrangement : 4 days per week

Contract Duration : 6 months (Possibility for extension)

Schedule Hours : 7.5 hours per day

Story Behind the Need

Business group : Technology Human Resources – Support transformation initiatives around cloud.

This position is for a Senior Manager, Learning & HR Initiatives, who supports, develops, and executes talent and learning strategies to support the Bank’s Cloud Acceleration Program (CAP). Reporting to the Director, HR Initiatives, this role works closely with Technology HR and Global Learning to drive program deliverables based on inputs from program leaders, the business, and the CAP transformation office. The role involves end-to-end development and delivery of people-related initiatives.

Must have requirements :
  1. 5-8 years of experience developing and executing talent and learning strategies in a large, complex corporate environment
  2. 5-8 years of experience in project management and effective execution skills for HR initiatives and programs
  3. Ability to leverage people data and success metrics to program outcomes; experience with reporting, dashboards, and advanced Excel capabilities
  4. 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or HR consultant
Nice to have skills
  • Degree, certificate, or designation in adult learning (asset)
Soft skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
  • Strategic influencing and persuasion skills with leaders
  • Effective problem-solving, conflict management, and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the Bank’s business strategy and how Learning supports it
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans

Education

Post-secondary Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

CHRP designation is an asset
