About the Role : Our client, a leader in the professional services industry, is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to enhance their growing HR department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of their responsibilities.

Location : Must be located in Ontario

100% REMOTE ROLE.

Employment Type : Full-Time Permanent

Salary Range : $75K-90K per year

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the complete employee life cycle: onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, effectively resolving issues.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate necessary reports.
  • Support recruitment during peak hiring periods.
  • Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for streamlined HR operations.
  • Be flexible to support recruitment efforts when required.

Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in a high-growth environment.
  • Must hold or be actively working towards the CHRP designation.
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation.
  • Proven experience managing HR in a large, dynamic workforce.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and adaptability.
