Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an HR Generalist for a 6-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Generalist with a financial services background.

As an HR Generalist, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Sourcing, screening, and analyzing applicants, short-listing, and offer management throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. Additionally, you will ensure that the procedure is properly documented.

2. Managing both the hiring manager's and candidates' experiences.

3. Working with a senior recruiter to assist the Channels Technology group's substantial and growing portfolio of technical roles.

Qualifications required for the HR Generalist include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years recruiting experience in the Technology and Operations sector, with a strong preference for experience recruiting developers (Java, C#, .NET, Angular, Full Stack), mobile development, architecture, etc.
• Experience recruiting for the Capital Markets domain in addition to technical recruitment experience preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience working in an agency or corporate environment.
