HR Excellence Analyst at a glance...

You will partner with COEs and HRBPs to support daily operations related to Mobility, Severance, P&P C.I. Projects, Compliance, Project Maintenance, Employee Relations, and the M&A P&P Workstream. You will provide policy interpretation support and ensure equitable employee treatment.

What’s on the menu?

  • Execution of long-term continuous improvement initiatives, including document development, change management, and policy maintenance.
  • Providing ad-hoc support for compliance projects, processes, and reporting; ensuring alignment with policy and consistency in compliance through advisory support to HRBPs.
  • Managing day-to-day operations for U.S., Canada, and international employee mobility, including policy exception reviews, vendor relationships, and immigration documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
  • Identifying and proposing process improvements to increase efficiency and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Developing and maintaining metrics and tracking for Employee Relations, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

**New Hire Base Salary Range:**

$72,400.00 - $90,500.00
