We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources (HR) Director to lead our HR department and drive initiatives that support business objectives and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and organizational development.
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with company goals.
Lead the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
Foster a positive workplace culture that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee growth.
Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change and workforce planning.
Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
Handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
