We’re seeking someone to join our team as an HR Data Product Analyst to leverage technology to solve complex business problems, support workforce strategy development, and predict talent risks and opportunities.

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward, and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is an Associate level position within the HR Data Products Team, focusing on delivering data-oriented reporting and analytics products and assisting in executing testing frameworks.

What You'll Do In The Role

1. User Stories: Assist in transforming use cases, business requirements, and acceptance criteria into clear and actionable user stories for agile development.
2. Analysis: Support the analysis of current workflows, ways of working, and product design to identify opportunities for improvement that align with business objectives.
3. Backlog Management: Help build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner and Development teams.
4. Testing: Participate in product testing. Collaborate with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams to facilitate end-user testing.
5. Change Management: Assist with release activities to ensure end-user readiness, including creating and maintaining product documentation and resources.
6. Production Monitoring & Support: Provide production support to end-users, use data to monitor product stability, and identify areas of improvement to enhance user experience.

What You'll Bring To The Role

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strength in data modeling, wrangling, and data visualization with technologies, and familiarity with technologies relevant to data lakes such as Snowflake.
3. Some experience or familiarity with agile development practices and an understanding of product backlog management.
4. Strong analytical skills with a capability for problem-solving, preferably with some knowledge of business processes and data analysis.
5. Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
