Qualifications

As an integral member of our HR team, you will support and partner with assigned client groups. Every day is different - no two days are the same.

Overview of role

We are looking for apart-timedetail-oriented, proactive, and resourcefulHR Coordinatorto join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our internal HR team - including Advisors, Consultants, and HR Directors, as well as providing exceptional service to our clients. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for all things HR, this is the role for you.

What you'll be doing

As an HR Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, supporting day-to-day functions and ensuring the smooth delivery of services both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and formatting HR documents such as employment agreements, termination letters, policies and policy updates, memos, communication templates, disciplinary letters, and more
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of HR documents and internal resources
  • Conducting HR and Compliance research to support internal team or client needs and create appropriate content to be issued to our stakeholders as needed
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding clients, including client file management
  • Preparing reports, presentations, engagement surveys and other supporting materials
  • Responding to general HR inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with Advisors, Consultants and Directors on ongoing client projects and needs, HR projects, investigations, and strategic initiatives


Requirements

What You Bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR support or coordination role
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (CHRP designation or working toward it is an asset)
  • A solid understanding of HR fundamentals, including employment standards, policy development, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset and a strong sense of discretion and professionalism
