Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the entire talent acquisition cycle from intake to onboarding, supporting hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
  • Support hiring for hourly, professional, technical, and supervisory roles.
  • Build relationships with candidates, helping them understand the organization and role expectations.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools like LinkedIn and Indeed to enhance candidate searches.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities, ensuring fair and equitable processes.
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates, managing the talent acquisition process professionally.
  • Prepare employment contracts compliant with provincial and federal regulations across Canada.
  • Handle employee relations with sensitivity and professionalism, supporting performance improvement and coaching.
  • Proactively plan and manage your workload, creating efficiencies as needed.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, with 3-5 years of talent acquisition and employee relations experience in a medium to large organization.
  • CHRP designation is an asset.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to tailor messages accordingly.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to act as a business partner.
  • Proficient in Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Location & Work Arrangement

This position is based at our Canadian corporate head office in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON. It offers a hybrid work model, combining in-office (2-3 days a week) and remote work.
