Job Description

The HR Coordinator will provide day-to-day support to the Human Resources department. This role involves a mix of employee communication, payroll and HRIS support, recruiting and onboarding coordination, and general administrative HR functions.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first line of HR communication with employees, addressing questions and concerns
  • Provide administrative support to HR and front desk operations
  • Monitor and maintain accuracy of payroll and HRIS information
  • Support staffing needs and administer job-bidding procedures
  • Prepare reports and HR communications for employees
  • Process payroll authorizations, wage computations, and reporting
  • Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding
  • Coordinate HR events and activities
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in business or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of HR or administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Clear and empathetic communication style
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
