The Human Resources Coordinator is a key member of the HR Team at the Speedvale facility in Guelph, Ontario, supporting frontline team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reporting to the onsite HR Manager, this role provides experienced HR coordination and frontline support, ensuring HR programs, policies, and processes are executed accurately, consistently, and in alignment with company values.
As part of a smaller This role requires an individual who can operate with a high degree of ownership, manage competing priorities, and build credibility with employees and supervisors through responsiveness, sound judgement, and strong follow through. The successful incumbent brings a solid working knowledge of HR practices and contributes to employee relations activities while maintaining operational excellence.

Base Salary: $47,000 - $69,000 CAD base pay annually
