What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or CHRP / CHRL Degree preferred, with 5+ years of progressive experience
  • Ability to be a strong leader and a team player
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Influencing and persuasion skills; group facilitation experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for developing trusting relationships
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ADP preferred
  • Ability to resolve complex problems impacting people, processes, and programs, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

In This Role, You Would
  • Manage all Human Resources functions for the site
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and reduce legal risks
  • Manage hourly work systems, including structure and processes
  • Provide performance management guidance to management
  • Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention
  • Partner with L&D team to identify training needs and develop programs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and follow-up on objectives
