We are looking for an HR Business Partner Europe who gets energy from complex HR challenges, building structures and supporting teams in different countries.
In this role you will contribute to building a consistent HR strategy across 11 European countries and work closely with local teams.
- Payroll & Reward Management: You oversee the payroll processes within different countries and help to develop programs when new countries are acquired.
- HR Strategy & Processes: You work on onboarding and exit procedures, implement HR tools and work on continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Onboarding of new countries: You participate in the integration processes of new countries/acquisitions where you develop attractive comp and ben packages according to national guidelines.
- International Payroll policy: for new countries you will select payroll providers and benefit partners to set up the local projects.
- International HR policy: You guide local HR teams and managers in HR topics and ensure coordination between the different branches.
- Performance & Talent Management: You will develop structures for performance management, talent development and learning management systems (LMS).
- Digital Transformation: You help implement HRIS, payroll software and automation processes.
- Relationship Management & Culture: You build strong relationships within the organization, provide support on complex HR issues and contribute to a positive corporate culture
Must haves:
- Live in Belgium
- At least 3 years of experience within HR, preferably in an international environment
- Experience with compensation & benefits and payroll processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to work independently and in a structured way in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English, good knowledge of French or Spanish
Nice to haves:
- Experience with HRIS implementations and digitalization of HR processes
- Knowledge of international labor law and HR legislation
