About the Role: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a passion for Labour Relations (LR) and Employee Relations (ER) to join our client's team.
This midtown office is conveniently located near public transit and subway access.
In this role, you’ll report directly to our Director of Labour and Employee Relations, a seasoned leader who is not only an expert in the field but also a dedicated mentor and coach. Under their guidance, you’ll have the opportunity to sharpen your skills, grow your expertise, and build an exciting career in HR and Labour Relations.
As an HRBP, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the organization, managing the full scope of Labour Relations (LR) and Employee Relations (ER) responsibilities.
From grievance management and collective agreement interpretation to leading HR projects, you’ll have a strategic and operational impact in a multi-union environment.
