Reporting to the Vice President, Construction & Design, the HR Business Partner serves as a partner to leaders across multiple construction projects and corporate teams. This role provides both leadership and hands-on HR support in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, HRIS administration, immigration programs, and leadership development.
You are a proactive and relationship-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment. You bring expertise in employee relations, workplace investigations, HRIS administration, leadership coaching, training facilitation, and immigration programs. You are comfortable working independently, influencing leaders at all levels, and balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational support.
