Position Overview:
Reporting to the HR Business Partner for Marketing & Commercial, the HR Business Partner will support middle managers in strengthening the sales team’s success across recruitment, onboarding, talent development, employee relations, training, and other key HR functions. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders and management on people-related matters while implementing strategic HR initiatives to drive business objectives and leadership excellence. The HRBP will also manage the Internship program, enhance onboarding experiences, facilitate training, and contribute to various talent initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational, talent management, and employee relations support to the sales teams by building strong relationships and balancing people and business priorities.

Lead HR processes for the sales teams, including recruitment, onboarding, employee transitions, and performance management using the SuccessFactors system. Administer HR policies, practices, and processes in capability development, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, rewards (including salary management and benefits), and mobility.

Leverage expertise from Centers of Excellence (talent, rewards, and global business services) to provide operational support in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, leadership development, recruitment, and rewards.

Partner with business leaders to drive cultural transformation, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support a high-performance work environment focused on meritocracy and continuous improvement.

Act as a trusted advisor and coach for leaders and leadership teams, enhancing leadership capabilities, team effectiveness, and strategic decision-making. Provide guidance to managers on interpreting and applying local and global HR policies and procedures.

Manage employment matters such as grievances, performance management, misconduct investigations, and other workplace issues.

Contribute to the development and execution of an integrated HR strategy that aligns with business objectives.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (CHRA certification is an asset).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role, preferably in a sales or commercial environment.
